Statement of Work

Narrative Consulting LLC will provide ongoing identity infrastructure advisory services to Client on a monthly retainer basis. This engagement provides continuous governance support without the overhead of a full-time hire — ensuring Client's identity infrastructure stays current, compliant, and operational as the organization scales.

• Quarterly access review facilitation — prepare review packages, coordinate with reviewers, track completion, document outcomes
• New application onboarding guidance — advise on properly integrating new SaaS tools into the governance framework (SSO, provisioning, role mapping)
• Infrastructure change review — advise on identity impact of scaling decisions, org changes, and technology migrations
• Runbook and documentation updates — keep operational documentation current as the stack evolves
• Annual architecture review — comprehensive review of identity infrastructure against current best practices and compliance requirements

Consultant is available during standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm ET). Response time for non-urgent requests: within 1 business day. Urgent matters: best-effort same-day response.

Consultant will provide a monthly hours summary to Client by the 5th of the following month. The summary includes:

• Hours used and activities performed
• Hours remaining (for informational purposes)
• Any recommendations or observations for the upcoming month

• Minimum commitment: 3 months from the effective date.
• Auto-renewal: After the minimum term, this agreement renews automatically on a month-to-month basis.
• Cancellation: Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice after the minimum term has been fulfilled.
• Early termination: If Client terminates before the minimum 3-month term, remaining months' fees are due upon termination.

Payment terms:

• Monthly fee due on the 1st of each month, net-15.
• Additional hours (if any) invoiced at end of month, net-15.
• Payment accepted via ACH transfer or credit card.

Changes to the monthly scope, hours allocation, or fee require a written amendment signed by both parties. Project-based work outside the retainer scope will be covered by a separate Statement of Work.

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Statement of Work. This SOW is governed by the terms of the Master Services Agreement between the parties, if one exists. In the absence of an MSA, the terms of this SOW shall govern.
